5 months of Tirz has taken 30 lbs off me, yet the scale hasn't budged for 2 months now. Planning to make the jump to Reta soon. There's a ton of useful stuff on here. most of the time those needles are tiny enough that I don't feel a thing. Best of luck. You've got this.
