    INTRO Grey Curious in PA

I too had been using compounded Tirz, and I'm still finishing off the vials from my last order. After researching on this site and other places, I've now gone grey, and I have no intention of returning to compounded. Tirz has been excellent for me, and it seems the same is true for you. 48lbs...

    New to Tirzepatide

My T2D diagnosis came in Feb 2023, and I began treatment with Sema. It did the job of bringing my A1C down from extremely high numbers. Then my job changed, which meant new insurance, and that plan somehow wouldn't pay for Sema but would pay for Tirz. On Tirz I saw stronger appetite suppression...

    INTRO Texas newcomer checking in

Hey there, another Texan! Glad you joined the forums. Nice work on dropping 10 lb. That's 2 lbs/wk, which is a solid outcome. I'm in the same boat—here to learn, read, and research, particularly around reta and stacking other peptides. Best of luck as you keep going, and keep it up!

New member from Germany – beginning Retatrutide

Glad to have you on the forums! I've been researching quite a bit too, here and in other places, but simply looking through these boards and going over other members' stories has taught me plenty. Sure, no single approach works for everyone, yet this place holds a wealth of useful knowledge...

It's for sure less expensive. My starting point was Sema, and it delivered solid outcomes on both the scale and appetite control, though I noticed Tirz gave me stronger suppression than Sema did. Happy that you've landed on an option that's working for you!

    Greetings from Texas — Introduction

Welcome! I'm in a similar situation. I'm located in Fort Worth. My starting weight is about 260, and my goal is roughly 210. Right now I'm using Tirz, but I'm considering either stacking it or making a full change to Reta, and possibly Tesa down the road. Best of luck with your journey.

Nice work dropping 10 lb. Why did you go with Sema rather than Tirz or Reta to begin with?

INTRO Hey y'all, T2D from Texas.

Flexon, Appreciate the response. I'm 100% on board with addressing what's underneath the problem, and when it comes to T2D that's nearly always diet first and foremost. I'm not planning to stop GLP-1's any time soon, but when I slid backward with a higher A1C and weight coming back on, diet was...

INTRO Hey y'all, T2D from Texas.

Hello everybody, happy to join this space. I'm 39, and my T2D diagnosis came roughly 4 years ago. Odds are I was already dealing with T2D for some time prior to seeing my doctor and getting that diagnosis, since every symptom and sign was present, I simply opted to disregard them. Ahead of...
