    First Reta buy — pen or powder?

    Reta is something I'm thinking about buying for the first time, after a few days of lurking on this forum. My question: does it arrive in bulk pen form, the way Mounjaro does, or is it always powder? The reconstitution side worries me, and I'm far from confident I'd get it right.
