Hi all! A 25 year old biologist here, and 35 lbs has come off in 4.5 months on Reta (205 to 170)! Faster was possible, but being practical mattered. Learning from everyone here is what I look forward to! Particularly on side effect management (insanely tired here, and a weird skin feeling).
