INTRO 3 weeks on Reta - Hi from Spain

Hey all,

A short introduction from me: I'm a 47-year-old guy, 5'9" tall, and my weight right now is 220 lbs. For the past 3 weeks I've been using Retatrutide, and the reason I signed up here is to keep gaining knowledge, read about what others have actually gone through, and stay confident that my approach is a safe one. Excited to pick things up from everyone here!
 
Hey there, I'm also in my late 40’s, 5’9”, and back on June 1st of this year I was 268lbs before I began Reta. These days I'm at 218lbs. Reta has treated me well. Glad to have you here, friend.
 
My treatment is now in week 8, and I'm running a split dose: 1.5 mg each Sunday and 1.5 mg each Thursday.

So far I've dropped close to 11 kilos — which I owe to my diet, working out four days per week, and walking roughly 12,000 steps daily.

Honestly, I'm over the moon! ☺️

At first I bought from some random online supplier, but then this forum led me to Pepe. Right now I'm on his GB kit, plus a few other peptides: the "Wolverine Stack" for my shoulder pain, CJC-DAC + IPA (very good to sleep) and MOTS-C.

So how have your first 3 weeks on Retatrutide been treating you? I'm just curious to hear about your experience, since I haven't started yet — though I've been using tirzepitide for a while 😊

Hey mate, quick update from me: my status has changed, and I'm now 2 days out from beginning week 9 of treatment. One detail I left out earlier: somewhere around week 3 or week 4 I had a short episode of gastroenteritis—no real stomach pain or anything like that, just nothing solid coming out 😅. Other than that, I've had no side effects at all—no headaches, no redness. My appetite has been dropping steadily; hunger pangs are gone, and I don't even feel like drinking alcohol.
