Hey all, glad to be here and eager to learn alongside everyone.

My situation is pretty unusual: I'm male and in my mid-twenties.

A motorcycle crash 2 years back nearly took my life, and I somehow pulled through.

I came out of it missing a leg, with other limbs seriously damaged as well.

There's a lot of scar tissue built up, though my organs and my back came through completely intact.

By now I've more or less used up the recovery options my doctors are able to offer.

With my healing nearly finished, my goal is to build my strength back up.

My main reason for being here is GLP1s, since cardio is really rough on me these days and I want to keep my weight in check.

Other peptides might interest me down the road, but I have to be cautious given everything my body has already been through.

Any advice is welcome, and thanks for having me!

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear about your accident, though it's good that you're recovering. Once you feel ready, it's worth looking into BPC-157 (injectable), TB4/TB500, Ghk-cu, and cartalax. There are likely more options out there, but those are a solid place to begin. Best of luck as you keep healing.

Welcome, my friend!

I'm sorry for everything you've been through! I hope that was the last of it.

Yes, reta can certainly help you with your weight. And if you still have some healing to do, maybe you could look into healing peptides.

I can't picture how hard this recovery must be for you. What I can share is that Reta and Cagri have worked really well for me when it comes to controlling appetite and weight. I realize cardio is difficult, but I hope strength training is still something you're able to do.

Appreciate it, everyone — I'll be digging into more material on rebuilding and repair for sure.

I'm still doing resistance training whenever I can, but one arm is still in the middle of surgical repair, so there's basically no muscle there.

There's plenty of tightness in various spots as well, so I figure it could be worth exploring options such as the wolverine stack to ease those aches and pains that come from pushing muscles which haven't had to do much for a while.

For the time being I've ordered Tirzepatide. Choosing between it and Reta was tough, but I decided to stay on the cautious side and pick the one with somewhat more depth behind it.

I'll probably document my journey, since it's bound to be a unique one.

Many people report that Tirz helps with their inflammation, so that seems like a good place to begin.
