Hey!

Peptides and grey market substances have been part of my routine for a good while. Back when I was younger, I ran testosterone cycles and got into hcg, plus bpc157/tb500 for tendinitis that cropped up from lifting. GH peptides were something else I tried. I also gave mt2 a go, which was … interesting to put it mildly. Ended up extremely tan and extremely horny. All of that happened around 2020-2022.

Over the past couple of years my focus moved away from bodybuilding and toward real health, wellness, and cognition. Lifelong sleep apnea got treated with a cpap, and later I had major airway surgery. That pulled me back to peptides for 2 reasons:

1- Optimizing surgical recovery. I ran a BPC157/TB500/GHK-CU blend with great results, and tried ARA290 for the first time — for nerve protection/healing before and after the operation, and for the anti-inflammatory benefits. My recovery went incredibly well, and my doctors remarked on it repeatedly.

2- Cognitive recovery. After a lifetime of sleep apnea, plenty of tbis from sports as a kid/teen, adhd stimulant abuse in my teens, and just the general modernity-induced dopamine fryout of growing up as a kid with an iphone — I wanted to heal my brain and feel smart again.

That sent me toward some interesting interventions, both peptide-based (like dihexa and cerebrolysin) and other neutropic and neurogenesis-inducing medicines, along with things like meditation, hbot, neurofeedback etc.

Right now I'm putting together a very comprehensive protocol that I plan to run in the new year for 4-8 weeks, at roughly 1 year since starting cpap (with a decent recovery base behind me). It will include peptides, other medicines, treatments, and mental excercises & activities.

I'm hear to do more research about certain peptides.

Cheers!

Glad to have you here! This is an excellent community for the kind of research you have in mind. After several months on tirz, I was able to put my CPAP away in its case for good. I'm not sure whether tirz or reta appear on your research list, whether the surgery fully resolved your issue, or whether your apnea has a central component.
