Just joined. Over the past few months I moved from the medical route to grey because the cost became too much to handle. I'm curious to hear what has worked for others when it comes to breaking through plateaus, combining compounds, and so on. Right now I'm on Test E 250mg (Subq) weekly plus 10mg of Tirz.

Starting in January, I'll be in that same situation. Like you, I'm checking out what has been working for other people and looking into my own stack and so on.

I keep trying to get back that first response pharma wegovy gave me — it honestly stopped me from clearing my plate. As my doses went up, that effect faded. I've been using grey market tirz for a few months now; my eating isn't junk, but it still doesn't compare to those first few months 😒

For me, pharma Zepbound doesn't suppress appetite the way pharma Wegovy or compounded sema did, and the side effects hit me harder too. Tirz feels gentler, though it reins in my appetite somewhat less. I realize the research doesn't fully line up with what I've experienced, since the study participants lost more weight.

Still, since starting tirz I've been able to give up my CPAP, which makes a bit of trade off worthwhile. That's partly why I'm here: looking into a peptide stack to boost the tirz's effectiveness instead of moving to another GLP-1.

What dose of tirz are you on now? Have you reached the max?

Everyone's different, of course. As for side effects, I've been really fortunate — the only thing I've had is sulphur burps.

Right now I'm just at 10mg. But like you, I'm leaning toward adding something else on top instead of pushing the dose really high. Is there anything you've been thinking about trying?

I'm considering KLOW for some old football injuries, and cagri as well. My wife is currently in a clinical trial taking cagri, and she's seeing modest results with minimal side effects. Sema and tirz both gave her severe GI issues even at low doses, so she couldn't stick with either. With both, she never made it beyond the 2nd or 3rd step up the ladder.

I'm on 15 mg tirz at the moment, but I may scale back if/when I get the grey market figured out and begin experimenting.
