Really excited to join this space. I honestly appreciate that there's a gatekeeping step here that pushes me past my comfort zone and makes me introduce myself. I'm a lifelong "lurker" who hardly ever posts anywhere, even though I think I have a lot of knowledge and care to give to other people, so perhaps this is a chance to break some bad habits and be a bit less introverted.

Right now I'm in the middle of a serious health journey. It's something that has interested me since my teenage years, when I'd do my own research and try things out. But over the last few years of my adult life I've drifted way off track. I haven't been diligent. I have Chron's Disease, I don't work, and I don't receive any income support. I stopped keeping up with my medication and ate a lot of junk food.

I know far better, and I let myself down and did a disservice to all the knowledge and wisdom I have. Anyone can really fall prey to bad habits if life hits them hard. I'm hoping to restore my body to a healthy state and meet other people for mutual support.

Super hyped to be here, I actually really like that there is some gating here forcing me to go outside my comfort zone and introduce myself to people, I am chronically a "lurker" and rarely post on things even though I believe I actually have a huge amount to offer in terms of knowledge and care to my fellow humans, so maybe I can break some bad habits here and be a little less introverted.

I'm on a real health journey at the minute, something I've had an interest in ever since I was a teenager, doing my own research and experimenting with things. But I've really sailed off course the last few years of my adult life. Ihaven't been diligent. I have Chron's Disease and don't work, nor recieve any income support. I didn't keep up with my medication as well as eating a lot of junk.

That resonates with me! I tend to read far more than I post, yet I actually think requiring an introduction makes sense. It nudges folks to participate instead of staying on the sidelines. This place holds a wealth of knowledge and experience, and each person has something worth adding. Glad to have you here, and good luck!

Hi there, and welcome! I deal with ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis, which is part of why I've been so careful about trying new things. My hope is that GLP1 will drive both conditions back into a deep remission.

I recently went through a flare-up, and it appears to be improving much faster than it usually does.

Once you decide to go ahead and take that first dose, my advice would be to start low and go slow.

Hello

There's a great deal to pick up in this space.

Go through everything, even subjects that don't grab you right now — conversations often drift into plenty of details that aren't tied to the original topic, and some of it may be useful to you later on.

Keep in mind that peptides and supplements are only tools; your diet and your habits are the foundation.

Low and slow is the best advice.

Always try one thing at a time.

Good learning.

Heart problems, rather than chrons, have left me in the same spot as you when it comes to work and finances. The pounds came on fast. I know how rough that feels. Wishing you the best as you move forward.

I get it — lurking is far less effort, yet posting here has worked out well for me. At times I wished I could post more often than the rules permitted. That built-in waiting period definitely kept me from overdoing it.

It's great that you're steering your self health toward a more positive path. There's a wealth of useful information here, and plenty to learn that can help you be as healthy as possible.

Welcome aboard, and I hope to see more from you soon!

Self health matters a lot to me too. Across much of my 43 years, it feels like I've been chasing answers that appeared not to exist, with dr's who didn't truly listen. Tirz has genuinely transformed my life, and I'm really happy that peptides are now part of my path. Once I work out who I feel confident purchasing from (and get the hang of crypto), I'm eager to experiment with a few more.

May your journey bring you health, and I'm sure the feedback you receive here will be excellent.
