Hey Everyone,

I'm 38, carrying around a dad bod, and I've finally made up my mind that it's time to change things. I've been on Reta for roughly a week day now and I'm already down 7lbs.

Looking forward to digging up more research here and finding the motivation to keep shredding this dad bod.

Welcome! I'm another dad bod in the same boat. I'm hoping to finally commit and get going on Reta too! Have you noticed any side effects yet?

Nice work! At 54, I've been on Reta for around 8 months. My dad bod is a thing of the past, the weight loss has been substantial, and I feel and look better than I have in years. Everything just feels lighter, and I'm fitter and healthier overall.

For me, Reta has been a game changer. My suggestion: don't stop, tighten up your diet, exercise consistently, and take pleasure in the process. After a few months, I believe you'll be really happy with how far you've come.

Wishing you the best from Ireland!

Don’t wait—just get going. So far I feel good, with no side effects at all.

Nice work on that strong first week, and welcome aboard. There's a wealth of solid material here — plenty to dig into on just about any topic you're curious about — plus friendly folks to help out.

Since July I've been running Reta and Tesa, and although pure weight loss wasn't my reason for starting, the body recomp has come along at a wildly quick pace. Guess it's time to pull those dadbods back a notch. Haha
