I've spent a while reading the forums quietly, searching out and going through as much material as I could find. These forums have helped a lot on my health journey, and I'm eager to keep picking up more.

By and large I'm an ordinary guy: married, early 40s, with 2 kids.

When I hit 40 I made up my mind to finally sort out my health. Weight and energy had been a battle for me through my whole adult life.

For years I went through starvation diets and whatever fad was popular, and all I got was the same 20-30 pound up-and-down cycle, with nothing lasting.

The regular general practitioner doctors kept frustrating me — they wanted to hand out prescriptions for stress and anxiety, but never showed any interest in actually addressing the root causes.

That pushed me to look into hormone replacement therapy and GLPs.

A year in, I'm down 100 pounds, I've put on muscle mass, and I feel and look like someone else entirely. My family and coworkers tell me I'm happier and more pleasant to be around.

I've been looking into most of the well-known peptides, and I've brought a couple dozen friends and family members into the world of peptide research.

Learning and reading every day about everything that keeps shifting in the research community has been a real pleasure.

I'm looking forward to growing and sharing with others.

Hello! From what you've shared, it sounds like you bring plenty to this community. This really is a great spot to be.
Appreciate that — I hope you're right. I do kind of miss the old-school bulletin board format like this one; about 10-15 years ago I spent quite a bit of time on boards like these.
