Hi everyone,

Warm greetings to start with.

Peptides are totally new territory for me, which is why I signed up here. I've already gone through quite a bit of reading and found it fascinating.

Right now I'm in week 1 of my very first retatrutide cycle at 2mg. It could have gone smoother (I honestly ate way too much ahead of my first shot), so last weekend was rough. Dropped 5 kg in 1 day 😆 but that one's on me.

Things are looking up now — headaches are gone, no more vomiting, no more diarrhea, and so far it's working really well. I might even drop my dose to 1mg. No hunger at all, no food noise, so I can finally put my focus on training (which I just restarted this week too) and eating healthy!

I started at 101.2kg and want to get under 90 around newyear. Today I weighed in at 97,8. Some of that is still water weight, but hopefully from here on it'll be a steady, easy pace.

I should also mention I have arthritis, currently treated with a biological (Mabthera), and I'm kind of exploring which peptides could be stacked or might be useful for preventing injuries down the road.

Greetings from Belgium

Goodnight

Welcome to GLP1Chat! The important thing is eating healthy; the peps are simply the tools that make it easier. You're going to do great.

Welcome! As the user before me pointed out, RT is just a tool, which means each person has to do the work themselves and stick to healthy eating! I'm happy to hear you're improving, and congratulations on your journey!
