Hey everyone! I just signed up and figured I’d say hello. I’m 32, and I live in Quebec, Canada.

Fitness, weight management, and overall health have been interests of mine for quite some time. My height is 6’3” and these days I weigh roughly 230 lb. When I began, I was at about 265 lb, ran tirzepatide for roughly five months, then made the switch to retatrutide.

TRT is part of my routine too, and every so often I’ll add other peptides like MOTS-c and KLOW. My reasons for being here are to learn, to hear what everyone else has gone through, and to share some of my own journey as I go.

Excited to get acquainted with the community. Thanks for having me!

Hello Nflz3! Welcome to the community 😃 I'm fairly new here myself and only just figured out that I can comment lol

Between TIRZ and Reta, which do you prefer? I gave TIRZ a try, and even on half of the lowest dose, my body didn't seem to tolerate it. The symptoms hit me hard, insomnia especially, and I'd never dealt with that before. On Reta, I feel better and I'm doing better.

Overall, both options have me feeling fine. Lately I've been considering a pause on Reta and a return to tirzepatide at a low dose — perhaps 2.5 mg — for a few months. One factor pushing me toward that change is that my resting heart rate has crept up somewhat while on Reta. Another thing I've been mulling over is whether tirzepatide makes more sense as a fallback given that it doesn't act on the glucagon receptor. Anyone here done a comparable swap for those same reasons ?

Hi, good to have you here — I'm from Texas. I'm on tirz 60mg, motc klow nad, and right now I'm cycling off shortly, but I'll keep going with tirz. It works, and I hope to reach a point where I can maintain comfortably without it at all.
