Right now I'm running Tirz, Cag and Survo in modest weekly doses that I stagger. I joined to pick up knowledge and keep myself accountable on the weight loss path.
 
Welcome aboard. I'm also based near Lake Michigan. It's nice to meet a fellow "Great Laker".

Another Michigander here!!!! Meal prep is a must as well! It makes a huge difference for me!
