Guy who's 48, a dad, simply working on becoming healthier, dropping some pounds, feeling better, and getting back into reasonable shape.

Right now I'm using TRT, Reta 5 mg a week, and KLOW EOD at roughly 5.2 mg per dose.

I'm still fairly new to this whole thing and I'm mostly here to pick up knowledge from folks who have genuinely run these compounds. I've been doing plenty of reading and attempting to figure out what truly works instead of just the hype.

Next up I'd like to give MOTS-c and tesamorelin a try. What I'm most curious about is energy, recovery, fat loss/body composition, and whatever results people have honestly seen from them.

Glad to be learning alongside all of you.

Welcome aboard! Mots-C and Tesamorelin are both things I've given a try, and in my view each one has merit — although I'd like to run Mots-C again at some point, just to confirm the effect wasn't only in my head.

Wishing you the best as you work toward better health!

Also new here pigguy, but I'm curious about your klow experience. Right now I'm on trt and Reta too, and I've just begun researching klow. See1978, I'm 79. Not long ago I ran Tessa for about 5 weeks and honestly I didn't notice a whole lot. I've still got another 5 weeks' worth on hand, but when I run it again I'm thinking of doing an 8-week cycle, so I'll grab a bit extra. Sure, I need the visceral fat benefit, but I also have fatty liver and it seems like that could help — that's the biggest reason I'm giving it a shot.

Mots-c and Klow are the ones I'm enjoying. That first couple of Klow injections burned quite a bit, but the stinging has quit and now it goes in easily. As for Reta, no adverse reactions have shown up yet. I'm increasing the dose gradually.

Glad to hear that, sounds good. A bit of a sting probably wouldn't bother me, but if the injection site shows any reaction, that might be a problem in my case. How many ml of bac water did you use to mix it? I've come across several people saying they add more bac to dilute the copper and that it cuts down on the stinging. My plan was to begin with 3ml, though the folks discussing the dilution thing were all over the map — I saw anywhere from 4 to 10ml.

48-year-old guy, dad, just trying to get healthier, lose some weight, feel better, and get back in decent shape.

Currently on TRT, Reta 5 mg a week, and KLOW EOD at about 5.2 mg per dose.

Still pretty new to all of this and mostly here to learn from people who have actually used this stuff. Been reading a lot and trying to sort through what actually works versus all the hype.

Interested in trying MOTS-c and tesamorelin next. Mainly curious about energy, recovery, fat loss/body composition, and what people have actually noticed from them.

Looking forward to learning from everyone.

You and I are both 48, though I'm still at the starting line with nothing begun. Reta and TRT are two things I've been looking into as well. What's your time on them been, and how has it gone for you?

I'm also 48 and my goals line up with yours. In my case I'm a mom, and I'm dealing with some things that are specific to women.

What I can share is that the weight coming off has brought some positive changes for me, and there are certainly other peps besides the ones you listed that look promising. Tesa is one I haven't looked into much yet, but it's another item I plan to dig into.
