5mg. I might have moved up too quickly, though nothing bad has come of it. My knees hurt less, I feel a lot less fluffy, and for the first time in my life there's zero food noise

38 year old male, 6'2, somewhere around 360-375lb when I began. I've been physically active all my life. My goal is to drop 80 -100lbs
 
Welcome aboard! Reta is part of my routine too — I began in 07/2025, and my weight has gone from 260 down to 221lbs. The first month was 2.5mg, then I moved up to 4mg and I've stayed there ever since. Food noise isn't really silenced by it in my case, though I don't mind. Not long ago I added Cagri to the stack, and it blunts things just enough! Wishing you the best on your journey!

Appreciate it! After a few folks mentioned reta to me, I did some googling on it. Eventually I found a guy who regularly pins Testosterone and various other things I don't know the names of, so I figured why not and decided to try it out since it was that easy to get. The reason I signed up here is to find out straight whether every Reta is identical. The way prices differ from one product to another is a little confusing. Does it come down to getting what you pay for?

There's a typo in what I wrote above — my start date was 07/2026, though back then I was with a different supplier than the one I use today. Compared to the one I began with, the new supplier is much better. My advice would be to look into the suppliers discussed here. In my opinion, some are better than others.
