California newbie saying hi

Hi all,

I live in California, where I juggle being a mom to my kids with a full-time career — and I'm 45.

My time on glps adds up to 3 years now: sema for 2 of them, then tirz for one. The scale is down roughly 40 pounds. For more than a year the weight hasn't budged, but honestly I'm content with where things stand.

The back pain I used to get from my spondylolisthesis is gone thanks to GLPs, and that by itself has changed my life! Can't wait to see what these newer, better GLPs can do!

Hello and welcome! Was it a stall that made you stop the meds, or did you simply decide to quit?

Hey there, I haven't stopped the meds — the weight loss has just leveled off. That's fine by me, honestly. Everything else the medication does for me, I'm happy with.

I have the same question.

Are you maintaining at your goal, or have you hit a plateau?
 
Greetings, another California person here! My first experience was with Tirz, which gave me excellent results and even eased the pain in my back. These days I'm using Reta and I'm really happy with it — I'm able to eat normally and still feel wonderful.
