UK-based guy here, 5’8, South Asian genes, so I’ve got that skinny fat frame — the kind where fat just sticks around the midsection. That’s why I went ahead and started reta. Or at least, what I believed was reta.

I spent months reading up on peptides and got a solid grasp of what the ones matching my goals would and wouldn’t do, though I mostly kept my distance.

Then a couple months back, the cousin of a close friend was selling some, so I figured why not try it and bought on impulse — no real digging into where it came from. Turns out it may have been fake, as I found out not long ago.

My starting weight was around 78 kg, and 14 weeks later I’m sitting at roughly 67kg. The whole time I’ve been training consistently and going hard, hitting no less than 30k steps daily. So whatever I actually took, it’s doing something when paired with the effort. Anyway, one thing led to another, my stash of what I bought is almost gone, and now I’ve landed here, scrolling through hundreds of people’s messages — kinda addictive tbh.

Welcome!

Dropping 11kg over 14 weeks doesn't really point to "fake" reta, despite what you suspected. Way too many folks throw around the word "fake" these days without any test results (or trustworthy ones) to support it.
