A seafarer from Scotland here, hoping to pick up useful knowledge and information about what GLP1's can offer.

Tracking calories and hitting my protein targets is tough when you work aboard a ship. You have no say in what meals get served, and sugary snacks are sitting around constantly.

Changing something so the food noise is under control sounds very appealing to me.

I'm eager to go through everything that's posted on here.

Welcome to our wonderful community of incredible folks. It sounds like you're dealing with a few obstacles. For weight loss, I'd strongly suggest beginning Retatrutide, which also helps renew vital organs like the liver and kidneys and supports insulin processing. After that, I'd add something like that Marlin for central belly fat and the production of hormones needed to feel and perform better, then add clothes for anti-aging benefits and, best of all, recovery. If I were you, I'd look into these items. I currently take them, and in 4 months I feel like a completely new person. I've dropped 48 pounds, feel great, and I'm exercising and staying active more each day, getting better and better. Welcome again to our wonderful group — I look forward to chatting with you.

That sounds tough. I deal with work-related difficulties as well, though mine have more to do with scheduling than with whether food is on hand. Reta would likely be a good fit, it seems — I'll be beginning that one in a few months as well.

On top of that, working out when to eat is another hard thing to handle, particularly on the nightshift. There are no fixed times for meals, and I end up warming up whatever the daytime crew has left behind. Right now, protein shakes account for a very large part of what I take in each day.
