Middle aged bloke based in the UK. Around 100kg was where I sat a couple of years back, before tirzepatide (properly prescribed) brought me down to 70kg. These days I'm on semaglutide to hold steady, plus plenty of time in the gym - the difference in how I feel is huge. Paying for it stings, mind, so grey is where I'm heading for the first time. Kicking off with some retatudite. No complaints so far.

Hi moodypenguin, it's great that you've turned things around and dropped so much weight. Officially prescribed GLP is something I haven't personally used, though I'd imagine the quality is top notch. Before you commit to anything, look into it thoroughly and soak up all the information you can, and have fun along the way!

Cheers Worthy88. The products I've used were prescription mounjaro, then wegovy down the line, and honestly both did the job — my only gripe is that the delivery pens make adjusting your dosage a real hassle. Mounjaro was the one I liked best, though the price here climbed a lot. As for the grey reta I've sampled, it seems much more like mounjaro than wegovy does.

Something that worries me quite a bit: over here, the moment you're no longer classed as overweight (which is my situation now), there are pharmacies that keep supplying you while you maintain, but almost none of them will accept you as a new customer. So my thinking is that besides going grey, I should keep putting in orders with the pharmacy I already use, at a smaller and less costly dose, just in case getting grey ever becomes a problem.

Plus the cost is absolutely insane, and that's what's been holding me and my wife back — there's simply no way we can pay what they're charging.
