Hey there. I recently hit 30, and after some rough years in grad school where I let myself go, I've started making changes. I'm working out and eating better now, but I'm still not back to where I used to be or where I want to be. So that's why I'm here on this part of the web, trying to figure out what approaches might work for me so I can optimize myself better.

Sounds like your timing for joining this group couldn't be better. I'm 42, and weight has been a lifelong battle for me, though the last five years are when things really spiraled. Our baby arrived in January of this year, and that's when I began GLP ones. Since then I've dropped more than 50 pounds, and I feel better now than I did back at 30.

You'll find a lot to pick up around here. Right now I'm running RETA, KLOW, and TESA! Best of luck!

Amusing — at 57, my Sema journey began in January. These days my stack also includes RETA, KLOW and TESA. The scale has only moved 23lbs so far, though I'm counting on the TESA (just 1 week in) plus a higher RETA dose (6mg now) to get things moving. Beyond that, I hit the gym 3 days a week and race outrigger canoes. It's my off season, which means more gym time. Adding Ipamorelin to my stack is something I'm considering.

Before you consider adding Ipa or any GH secretogoblin, get your IGF-1 tested so you know your baseline,

I'm not a doctor and this isn't health advice, but it's inexpensive, and you might aswell do it to see how your body reacts!

Appreciate it. Since I'm already due for one, I'll bring this up with my Dr at my next exam.

Wow, we're in the same boat. My SEMA journey began in January, and by May I had added Reta and KLOW. Tesa is a recent addition for me. I lift weights 2 times per week and coach sports on 3 days of the week. I switched my diet over to mostly keto so that my insulin levels stay down.

When it comes to TESA, I always take it fasted. It goes in early in the morning, before work, and then I wait about 4 hours to break my fast.

Best of luck, brother!!
