INTRO New here 40/M/Canada

Hey everyone, I've actually had a forum account for a few months now, but I never got around to posting an intro. Happy I can tap into the knowledge base you've got going here. I've been running Reta and KLOW for roughly a year.

At the start I was thinking about going the Wegovy route, but I came across some info about Reta instead and never went back. I'm located in Northern BC, which means sourcing what I want comes with a few hurdles, but I'm managing!
