Hey everyone, I'm Jeff. I've had type 1 diabetes since I was a kid, and I decided to experiment with peptides. Word has it that it worked out well.

- Reta, GHKcu, semax, klow and many more...

Fatty liver gone, HB1C back in the optimal range, and I've dropped my old eating habits. Exercise.

I want to share what I've been through and get inspired by what you all have experienced.

Best regards

Hello from Düsseldorf. 🙂

I'm currently experimenting with GHK and Reta as well, for the purpose of weight loss. What effects have you noticed from Semax, and have you tried Selank too?

I'm not sure how much detail I'm allowed to go into here. If I get more permissions on this site, I'll put my experiences in a separate post.

Just briefly on Reta... Reta without training (strength training) is self-deception. Alongside your great hobby, I'd recommend you also add strength training. The body draws on excess muscle first rather than excess fat.

Yes, on top of everything I've always gone to the gym 2x per week. I also had a body fat percentage and muscle mass analysis done, so that after 12 weeks I can compare everything and figure out whether I need to add more strength training sessions, since honestly I'm more of a fan of more active sports when it comes to movement.

Great. Feel free to keep me posted on that.

Greetings back. So what brings you here? 🙂
Once I hit my 40th birthday, my metabolism went completely off the rails. Even though I was doing endurance running and playing basketball, I had accumulated a considerable amount of visceral fat, my blood lipids were all over the place, my blood pressure climbed to 135-140/85, and I started snoring at night.

I began with Retatrutid and MOTS-c, and everything is on the mend or already back to normal.
