INTRO 46 M, hello from Germany

Hi everyone, 46-year-old guy writing from Germany. I've been using Tirz for the past year, going from 86 down to 76, and 5mg was the highest dose I reached. I'd like to keep going from here... hoping for some helpful discussions and support.
