Thought I'd say hi — it all kicked off thanks to Reta, my first peptide. Back in 2025 I began reading up on things, spending a lot of time lurking here on the forum to collect information, and then in July I finally took the plunge. 12 lbs are already gone, and I'm really enjoying Reta. My peptide obsession has me adding GHK-Cu last month, Mots-C this week, and I intend to work BPC-157 and KPV into my stack at some point before the year is out. Honestly I feel like part lab rat, part scientist, part human pin cushion. Consider me officially hooked 😭

Nice work on your progress! I’m in the same boat—July was my start too. This really is a rabbit hole, and it’s easy to get carried away by everything peps might do for you. For me, it took close to a year before I felt ready to actually use them, and so far the experience has been positive. The key is to go low and slow. I’m the type who needs to understand every detail before making a commitment, but ADHD—both a blessing and a curse—makes me obsess over whatever catches my interest.

I’ve fallen into the rabbit hole too — since beginning Reta in May, I’ve picked up several additional peps, and I intend to bring in a few more over the coming couple of months. Plus, I’m digging into all of it, thanks to ADHD lol

GHK didn't really work out for me, though it's possible I gave up on it too soon. That said, Reta and Tesa have treated me well. I'm considering giving Mots-C another shot as well.

12 lbs is a great beginning. I'm quite new too, so I've mainly been lurking and working out which things are genuinely worth focusing on.

Me too! My research kicked off in 2025, but ADHD made it too much to handle, so I shelved it for a bit. Come spring I returned to it, and by July I'd finally taken the plunge. Down the rabbit hole once more 🐇

From what I hear, you need to stay on it for a good stretch before the full payoff shows up. It's a hot one, and considering the ISR, it makes sense that plenty of people give up.

Reta was my starting point too, and from there I've brought in a few others. MOTS-C has been a real favorite for me, and I pair it with SS-31. Together they've given my workout energy a solid boost. That matters a lot, because running a calorie deficit often leaves you drained.

The rabbit hole is real. My entry point was the Wolverine stack, which I used for a knee issue stemming from BJJ, and from there I've progressed to KLOW and Reta. Right now I'm looking into additional options that might benefit me, glutathione being one of them. My liver enzymes have consistently run a bit high, and NAC has been beneficial, so my hope is that glutathione will finish the job.

yea my first peptide was reta, and after that i gave ghkcu a shot. both have been working so well that now im thinking about what to try next. KLOW or CJC/IPA crossed my mind. but im not sure
