I'm a newcomer when it comes to peptides, particularly next to the people in this community. Even so, I've been reading along quietly and picking things up. My starting point was Reta, and from there I've been down the rabbit hole ever since.

The main thing I want is to figure out the safest and healthiest path with peps, and along the way make a permanent shift in my habits.

I'm eager to see what's ahead.

Greetings, everyone! I'm just starting out and still getting the hang of things.

Glad to be here! Has Reta helped you drop a significant amount? I'm weighing whether I'd switch to Reta in the event that Tirz quits doing the job for me.

I'm also just starting out, but the research rabbit hole really pulls me in. Between reading articles and tuning into podcasts, simply reaching the starting point has been quite a ride. You can do this, though — the goal is optimization, not enhancement. Encourage your own body to perform better, and that begins with your habits. To me, these are tools for repair and optimization, not medicines to depend on. Reta was my entry point, and at this stage I'm eager to incorporate more into my protocol.

Roughly 35 lbs down, eating at a deficit, and responding well up to this point. It has been around 2.5 months. The clearest thing I notice is that areas where I carried fat are getting leaner. So far, Reta has me pleased.

That's great! On Tirz, I've dropped roughly 33 over 8 mos
