Hello fellow humans… A big move for me early this year was giving up alcohol for 3 months. I was also on Reta and getting to the gym fairly regularly. 35-40 pounds came off and I felt fantastic. Then my Reta ran out, life threw some hard things at me, and the drinking crept back in. Not that all the weight returned — but I am likely heading that way.

So that is not the plan any more. At the same time, I am not willing to hand over silly money to mates who source it from who knows where. These forums came up on Reddit, and self sufficiency seems the way to go — a bit of a joke, really, given how much I will be learning from all of you! I have looked into a fair few other peptides I would like to try, but first I need to work out how this place runs and become a proper member of the community. Genuinely excited about it!

Hello fellow humans… I took a big leap at the beginning of the year and took 3 months off from drinking. I also began using Reta and was consistent-ish in the gym. I lost 35-40 pounds and was feeling amazing. Well, I ran out of my Reta, some tough life things happened, and I started drinking again. Haven’t gained all the weight back or anything, but I’m probably well on my way to doing so.

SO, I’m deciding not to go that route. However, I’m also not trying to pay the crazy marked up prices from friends getting it from wherever they are. Heard about these forums on Reddit, and it’s time to be self sufficient, even though that’s kind of a misnomer since I will be learning from the likes of all of you! I’ve done quite a bit of research on other peptides I would like to try, but now is time to figure out how these forums work and be an involved member in the community. Truly looking forward to it!

That's intriguing. Not sure whether this crossed your mind, but beyond reducing hunger, Reta appears to blunt various other "cravings" for me — alcohol, the odd cigarette, and so on.

This is the spot where I began! With so many hidden surprises, digging into it can actually be enjoyable. Keep exploring, and you’ll keep finding more—have fun!

Glad you're back to injecting. My knowledge of reta is limited, but tirz has really cut down my dopamine-seeking behaviors. I keep running into folks who say the GLP-x peptide family is reducing their cravings too. Best of luck as you begin again.

Absolutely. While I was on Reta, I had zero desire to drink. For better or worse, I tend to be all or nothing. But wow, it was obvious.

Thanks a lot! I can't wait to get started. From what I can tell, peptides are a total game changer.
