INTRO Intro post!

Hi there!

Jen here, 45 years old, writing from the USA. My Tirzepatide journey began in January, and I've dropped from 227 down to 170! The target I'm aiming for is 135. On top of that, I've developed a real fascination with peptides — I want to learn all there is and try things out! Right now, aside from glps, the ones I like most are Melanotan 2 (my tan looks great!), Ghk-cu/kpv/bpc-157, and I'm in the middle of testing PT-141. Can't wait to join in more conversations!

Welcome! What has PT-141 been like for you? I have a vial sitting here, but the talk of next day crashes has kept me from trying it.

Appreciate it! Up to now I've used it just 2 times. 250mcg on the first occasion, then 500mcg on the second. I dosed it just before going to sleep and felt only the flushing in my face. At the larger dose, I did wake during the night with a bit of a good feeling. Today I'm going to try 1mg, taking it earlier since I've read the effects can take hours to show up for certain people.

No crash happened afterward, at least not what I'd call a crash. Roughly 4 hours passed before it started working, and by about 24 it was fading. Honestly, that was a relief, since it hit me pretty hard.
