I'm a 41 year old dad of 6, working to become the strongest version of myself so I can stick around longer for my kids.

Right now I'm taking

25mg of Enclomiphene every day

1500 mcg of hcg 3 times per week

I'm brand new to this world and fully committed.

Clean eating, a consistent gym schedule, all while running a very busy business.

About 2 months ago I started diving into the rabbit hole, and it keeps getting deeper. Looking to connect with people on the same wavelength and move forward on this health path together.

Welcome aboard! Wanting to stick around longer for your 6 children is a strong reason to keep at it. It already sounds like you've nailed the diet and gym side of things. That rabbit hole goes really deep. May you run into plenty of kindred spirits on here and pick up a lot as you go!

Cheers for the reply mate, I appreciate it. Haven't come across some folks yet but that should come with time. It'll get simpler once I can comment on posts and such. no idea what's required for me to be able to post.

Give likes and leave comments on the posts in this topic. It won't be long until additional topics become available to you, and after that the cycle repeats.

Once you can post, there are lots of Aussies in the "continental cafe" waiting for a hello.

In the meantime, enjoy a good read through 🙂

Yeah, I’ve been reading posts, liking them, and just hanging around without posting.

Just wondering, what's the reason my profile shows "no source discussion"? Could that be tied to how old my account is?

Yeah, basically.

That ties in with topics being opened up gradually.

Give likes and leave comments wherever you're able, and before long it'll be gone.

It's there to protect newcomers. Sort of like training wheels 🤣

I came across it through Reddit, plus a couple of friends mentioned this forum to me, though they said navigating it wasn't easy for them.

Hello and welcome! Having 6 children is certainly a powerful reason to stay committed. It seems you already possess the self-control when it comes to how you eat and work out, and the world of peptides can pull you in very quickly.
