INTRO Hey from Spain!!!

Hey everyone!

For the last two months I’ve been reading this forum, and honestly it’s a fantastic community. I’ve also been on Reta for roughly two months, and so far the experience has been pretty wild.

My starting dose was 0.5 mg, and I’ve only moved up to 2 mg, which appears to be plenty for me.

I’m hoping to bring something useful to the table here. As a Clinical Nutritionist and Investigator, I’m excited to share what I know and also pick up things from all of you.
