Hey, Brian here, writing from New York. Semiglutude was part of my routine for roughly 6 months, and nothing changed. Then I switched to tirzepatide, which I have now been on for 6 months. For the last 4 months I have been at the highest dose. 10 pounds came off, but for months now the scale hasn't moved, and recently the weight has started coming back. I have no idea what I'm doing, which is why I'm here. Looking for help

That sounds really frustrating. Have you got a team of professionals reviewing things like what you eat, how you move, and any health issues underneath? What do your labs show? Could it be that your weight is already in a healthy range, so your body is resisting further loss? In any case, welcome aboard, and I hope you find the answers you're after.

It could help to share a few details, such as your height, weight, body type, goals, and any diet or lifestyle adjustments you made when you began tirz, along those lines. I hope you get the support you’re after in this community.
