Hey all! Mike here. Cleveland, OH is home, and I'm 44. This research journey kicked off for me in January. When I began, the scale read 325 — a personal record I never wanted. These days I'm sitting under 250. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I felt this solid. I've got 3 sons, ages 10 down to 4. They're the reason behind everything.
