Hi everyone, I'm Jonny, 26 years old, writing from Germany. My reason for getting into this in the first place was a wrist injury that just would not heal, and I was willing to try anything to fix it. TB&BPC was my first attempt, but I saw basically no change, and it eventually became clear that surgery is required. Then I picked up RT purely because I enjoy the game (a huge weight issue was never really my situation), and what stood out was how the food noise simply vanished. I've been training for more than 10 years and never made a serious push to get truly lean (<10% BF). About a month ago I began my first cutting diet to get shredded, and the results so far have been great.

The starting point was 81kg, and I'm now at 76kg. Height: 172 / 5'8. MMA is my main sport (on hold right now due to the wrist injury), plus weight lifting and running (mostly for cardio).

BR, Jonny

Welcome. I've used BPC-157 and TB-500 personally for minor soft-tissue complaints, so I understand why you'd turn to that combo for a wrist that won't cooperate. Still, when imaging shows something that requires surgery, those two seldom reverse structural damage — they're better suited to soft-tissue healing. It sounds like you've already decided on surgery, which makes sense if the joint isn't improving.

After some recent imaging, my doctor was able to spot a TFCC tear on one side, so going under the knife is unavoidable. Once the surgery is done, I plan to run a stack to cut down how long recovery takes.
