Hey everyone,

I'm a guy in his middle years chasing improved health outcomes, and I've bounced around a lot of different social media sites trying to find useful info. Glad to have landed here, and I'm eager to read and absorb whatever I can while I'm just starting out—and ideally, down the road, to be someone who can give back and assist others too.

Appreciate the welcome, and I'm excited for what's ahead.

Welcome! You'll find plenty to read here, and I'd wager that browsing threads and using the Search function (upper right) will answer most of your questions, whether about GLP1s or other peptides.

Hello , have you tried any peptides up to now ? If you have , which one are you currently taking ?

Hi, glad you found the forum. Knowledge here never runs out, every topic is buzzing, and the community is full of life!

welcome! indeed, you've landed somewhere excellent to begin, and from here you'll discover even more excellent spots! it's definitely a lot to take in at first, but stick with it and you'll get the hang of things fast just by reading here!

Welcome! I came over from reddit too, and honestly thank goodness you got away from that poisonous environment, plenty of people there simply won't lend a hand lol. Good for you for getting out, this community rocks! tons of solid trustworthy info

Reta has been my protocol for 5 weeks now, dosed at 1mg each week. Microdosing appears to work well for me, and I'm not rushing to increase the dose — down 12 pounds so far, and as far as I can tell, no muscle mass has been lost. Week 4 of SS-31 is also underway; it seems to be doing something, but since I'm also using many other mitochondrial health supplements, pinning down whether SS-31 is responsible is tough. MOTS-C is already bought, though I'll hold off until SS-31 wraps up this week. Tesa/Ipa or CJC also appeal to me, but for the moment I want to stick with just 1 at a time.

With Reddit, it's a real love / hate relationship! 🤣

Still, this spot is amazing — we've got tons of info right at our fingertips. Best of luck on your journey!

I came over from Reddit too, same love/hate thing. Same deal with other subreddits as well — the folks there give solid tips but their vibes are awful lol!

Hey Dad of Twins, glad to be here with you as you work toward improved health and strength. I'm also a father of 2, though mine aren't twins. And yeah, this beats reddit by a mile.

I'm running into the exact same thing as SkullsandBow. What you need is a community where everyone shares the same objectives.

I found out about this forum through Reddit, and I'm hoping there's more safety-related information here. On Reddit, it felt like the attitude was just "TRY THIS" without any safety warnings for people who are new.

Great to have you here, man — welcome! Your cautious strategy of introducing one thing at a time is something I really appreciate. That approach lets you truly see what’s helping or not, and it gives you room to reduce any unwanted effects should they come up.

Are you doing any training at all? From what I gather, mots-c is especially effective when paired with intense cardiovascular work. For me, the effects hit quickly — more energy — and tough sessions feel far more manageable.

What got you curious about mitochondrial health?

And what do you hope to achieve with peptides?

The info available in this space beats anything you'll find on social media! Feels like hitting the jackpot lol. Welcome!

I realize now how gullible I was, thinking Reddit could actually give me solid info 🙁((( Honestly, I kept scrolling for hours and hours before a comment finally pointed me toward this forum. A friend of mine brought it up too, since she's already been part of it for a little while.

Glad that the two of us are here to pick things up together!

Hi All,

I am a middle aged guy looking for better health results who has stumbled through quite a few different social media platforms looking for information. I'm very happy to be here and looking forward to reading and learning as much as possible in the early stages and hopefully, at some point, becoming a member who can help others as well.

Thank you for having me and I look forward to the journey.

Greetings, another father of twins! Looks like we both arrived here through pretty much identical routes. I'm also here to gain knowledge and am just starting out on this journey. Wishing you the best as you move forward!
