Hey everyone,
I'm a guy from NJ, 54 years old. Around Dec 2025 it finally clicked that refusing to use every tool out there for weight loss was pointless, so I booked an appointment with my doctor and kicked off Zepbound on Jan 1, 2026.
Today's update: 75lbs gone, and roughly 25lbs left before I hit my target!
Zepbound has treated me really well - began at 2.5mg, kept at that dose for 2 months because it was doing its job so effectively. Then 5mg for the next 4 months, and I've spent the last 2 months on 7.5 (that's my dose for September too). So far I've had zero side effects, which I count as VERY LUCKY (knock on wood!)
Happy to join this space, and I'm hoping to pick up helpful info from others as well as share some of my own!
