Hey All

So I read through those long posting rules, and here's my Intro 😀

I'm an Aussie on the east coast, completely obsessed with reptiles, and my aim is to get skinny first and then shredded. Competing in a bodybuilding show is something I'd like to do, though that could be 1 year away, or 2.. or 4.... Still, that's the goal. Back in my younger days I was reasonably fit, doing bodybuilding, martial arts and soccer. Once work got serious, all of that fell away.

My weight loss journey has been going for 2 years now. A desk job left me overweight and unhealthy for more than 15 years. I began walking 5km daily with the dog, which absolutely wrecked my legs and made me feel like I was dying. I realised I had to get in shape so I could be a good role model as a single parent. (YES that's right, single dad)

I'm 6'6 and was 130kg (286 pound) at age 38, having started getting fit at 36. Now I'm down to 115kg and stuck trying to break past it. I train 3x per week, 2 hours each session, full body workouts that cycle through each muscle group. The bro split workouts didn't work for me - too much admin for my ADHD brain, and training became more annoying than enjoyable. What I like is starting at 1 point in the gym and moving from machine to rack until everything is done for 3 sets at 8 reps.

A gym mate told me about this forum and retatrutide to assist with weight loss. I've been on it for 2 weeks and my appetite has dropped noticeably, since I tend to comfort eat, which is a bad habit in it self. Because of my age, I'm also keen to learn more about GLOW and or KLOW for anti aging benefits and skin rejuvenation. Hopefully others have noticed the very faint stretch marks on the male beer gut fading.. 😉

Any hoo, That's me..

Hello! I'm also from Australia - started reta in May and noticed the weight came off at a nice, consistent rate. Seeing people who seem to be hyper responders can get you down, but that saying about comparison stealing joy really applies around here.

I've also had Glow in my routine steadily for several months, and overall it's been a good experience. Would be glad to talk it over and swap observations down the line

I'm currently on reta too. Just getting started, really — 1 week in, to be precise.

What's your take on GLOW? I gave GHK-CU a shot this evening and it went okay. There's a slight sting, but it's not worth grumbling over.

I'm on board with Glow thanks to the extra ingredients that help with recovery. It took a while before I noticed anything, but then one Thursday I was hitting heavy leg press and bounced back well enough to pull deadlifts the following day; crazy.

A sting from Glow is normal, and plenty of folks experiment with ways to reduce it

  • pull the dose and allow it to reach room temperature
  • use a massage gun over the injection spot
  • pull the dose and add more BAC to dilute it
  • in time, simply getting used to it (that was my experience)
