Greetings! I hail from the Bay Area too, and I'm thrilled to embark on this path. There are so many wonderful resources available in this space!

Arthritis in my middle back and right shoulder is what kicked off my peptide path. Right now I'm using BPC 157 together with IPA. I tried both on their own first, and these days I combine them. On its own, IPA gave me the strongest effect by far. My guess is that the deep, restful sleep I get from IPA -> hgh is what matters most in my case.
