Hey everyone. I've been overweight my whole life, and my Tirzepatide journey began in August of '25. My starting weight was 295, and I've gotten down to 238. Tirz and I get along a little too well — 5 mg kept me steady for 10 months, and only lately did I bump it to 7 mg. Watching the weight come off has been a strange ride, since past attempts always ended with me stalled out or throwing in the towel for one reason or another.

I am the resourceful type and will always seek out ways to do things myself. I've been quite fearful of pinning myself with foreign substances, but after talking to people who have used my next source, I feel much more confident.
