Woodster checking in, I'm in my mid 30's, stand 6'5" and weigh around 270lbs. There was a time when I stayed fit and active, but an autoimmune disease threw me badly off course. With that situation in mind, I feel hopeful about GLP-1 medication. Wishing you all a lovely evening, Woody
