Hey everyone, I'm in the PnW. Someone told me about this place not long ago, and everything I've seen here so far has been great. For reference, I'm a guy standing 5’6 and weighing 255lbs. Right now I'm giving this a go with the goal of dropping my belly and getting healthier.
