M30 here. Roughly twelve months on glp1 at this point. The point isnt dropping pounds — beyond the first 10, which did come off — its keeping the food noise quiet. I intend to stay on this indefinitely. Not sure what else normally goes into one of these posts, so thats it. Appreciate the welcome.
