Hey everyone! Since October 2023 I've been taking semaglutide that my doctor prescribed. Combining that medication with my diet and workouts, I've dropped 202 pounds. My starting weight was 390, and I'm now at 188. It's still hard for me to wrap my head around that. Words can't really capture...
